Dear Brothers,
As we are continuing with the planning for the sowing event to the 30 cities that will take place early next year, we would like to clarify the registration process related to this event to avoid any confusion among the saints. Firstly, we have extended the application deadline one additional week in order to provide the saints with additional time to fellowship concerning their specific participation in this event. The new deadline for registration is Monday, December 27, 2010.
Secondly, those desiring to participate in this sowing event can now select from the following categories when registering:
1. Full-Time (2 weeks) Registration Needed: Yes Cost to Register: $600
This is for those who desire to join the entire sowing trip and who will need to have hospitality, meals, and local transportation coordinated on their behalf.
2. Full-Time (1 week) Registration Needed: Yes Cost to Register: $300
This option is for those who desire to join the sowing trip for one week and who will need to have hospitality, meals, and local transportation coordinated on their behalf.
3. Full-Time (Commuter) Registration Needed: Yes Cost to Register: None
This option is for those local saints, or saints from nearby supporting localities, who desire to join the sowing trip full-time for either two weeks or one week, but who do not need to have hospitality, meals, and local transportation coordinated on their behalf.
4. Part-Time (Commuter) Registration Needed: Yes Cost to Register: None
This option is for those saints who live in the local target city or in nearby supporting localities who desire to participate in the evenings and/or weekend portions of these trips and who are not requiring any hospitality, meals, or local transportation to be coordinated on their behalf. Saints wanting to participate in this way simply should coordinate with the local brothers in the target city.
We hope that these changes will encourage more saints to participate in the sowing trips to the 30 cities. Additional information, maps, and online applications are all available on www.GTCA.us.
We encourage you all to share this information with the saints in your locality as soon as possible. May the Lord grant us all His continued blessing as we endeavor to join Him in His move in North America.
