Praise the Lord for the genuine Christian life for the proper church life revealed in the book of 1 Thessalonians! Out of our organic union with the Lord issues such a life of three dimensions in the light of the Lord’s return, having faith as its foundation, love as its process, and hope as its consummation. This faith is toward God, this love is toward the saints, and this hope is in the Lord’s imminent return! We need to be those who live, walk, and work by faith and love in the hope of the Lord’s coming back! May we continue, over the next few weeks, to delve into the deep spiritual significance of Paul’s writing in the book of 1 Thessalonians.
