  1. If we are perfected in our faith and if we increase and abound in our love, we shall have a living, a daily walk, that is worthy of God’s calling. If we would have this kind of living, the Lord must set our heart on a fixed foundation. This is to establish, to build up, our heart.

Although we need our heart to be established, we are not able to do this ourselves. Only the Lord can establish our heart. Therefore, we need Him to cause our heart to be solidly established and built up.

Lord, how we need You to establish and build up our heart. Lord establish all the saints’ heart and build us all up for Your coming back. Lord Jesus I love You, Praise You Lord Jesus.

  2. We need to realize and admit that our heart is changeable. Therefore, we need to receive the mercy and grace from the Lord that we may give Him the permission to establish our heart. He is waiting for our permission before He works within us to do the establishing. When our heart has been established, it will become blameless.

Oh Lord Jesus grant us the mercy and grace we need that we may give you the permission to solidly establish, set and build up our heart. Work within us to make it unchangeable, blameless. Thank you Lord for such a wonderful and sweet word!

  4. “We need to realize and admit that our heart is changeable. Therefore, we need to receive the mercy and grace from the Lord that we may give Him the permission to establish our heart. Amen!

    1. Amen!! This part also touched me. We are always changeable. even the older ones cannot say their hearts no longer change. We are all this way! We must give ourselves to the Lord and give Him the way to establish our hearts. Lord, we give You the permission!!

  5. First Thessalonians 3:13 says, “That He may establish your hearts blameless in holiness before our God and Father at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ with all His saints.”

I was impressed with the need to have our heart established in the Lord. Many times I’m unaware of how changing my heart is toward the Lord. May the Lord shine to expose our changing heart and show us that we cannot establish our heart! Lord establish our heart blameless in holiness before You!

  6. If we are perfected in our faith and if we increase and abound in our love, we shall have a living, a daily walk, that is worthy of God’s calling. Therefore, we need Him to cause our heart to be solidly established and built up. When our heart has been established, it will become blameless.

  7. Oh, our heart is so changeable. This is from our natural life. Both young and old are changeable because we still have the human life. We need to be established in our heart blameless in holiness. I sometimes blame others of being changeable. But not realizing that I am even more changeable 🙂 But by ourselves we cannot be unchangeable. Only the unchangable Lord can do it! Lord we give You the permission to establish our hearts!!!

  8. “God’s salvation involves a continuing process through which we are being made holy. As this process is taking place, we enjoy God’s saving power.” Thank you Lord, we are in “the process of sanctification so that we may enjoy God’s salvation daily and even hourly.” Lord establish our hearts for your building! I was really encouraged that we cannot do this, but the Lord can.

  9. “What does it mean to have our heart established blameless? This certainly is an unusual expression. Of course, this establishing is not our work; it is the Lord’s doing.”

“God’s salvation is in sanctification. This means that God’s salvation involves a continuing process through which we are being made holy. As this process is taking place, we enjoy God’s saving power. Holiness is the element of God’s holy nature. It is in this element that we are to be blameless.”

“In verse 13 of chapter three we see the specific reason we need to be perfected in faith and to increase and abound in love: it is that the Lord may establish our hearts blameless in holiness. The establishing of our heart is the issue, the result, of the perfecting of our faith and of the increase and abounding of our love. The Lord is doing a work of building. This building work is to establish our heart.”

“We have seen that according to verse 13 the Lord seeks to establish our hearts blameless. Do you know why our heart is blamable, worthy of blame? Our heart is blamable because it is changeable. If your heart is set, built up, and established upon a solid foundation, it will then become blameless. An unchanging heart is a blameless heart.”

  10. I appreciate that our hearts need to be established by the Lord, blameless. Our natural heart is very changeable, as we may be kind one instant and not so kind another instant. That is why we need the Lord to establish our heart. If our hearts are established, we would be blameless.

  11. Praise the Lord!

Today, I’ve appreciated the prophesys out of brothers and sisters! As I read MSG20 alone, I couldn’t get the burn of the Spirit very well. But Praise the Lord! With the helps of saints, I got a point today.
“So that He may establish your hearts blameless in holiness before our God and Father at the coming of our Lord Jesus with all His saints.” (1 Thes. 3:13) Amen! Even we believers are changeable in our hearts, but the Lord are not changeable! Only the Lord can make our hearts unchangeable. Hallelujah ~ For this work, we need to cooperate with the divine operation. Through the Lord’s work in us to be increased and abound in love to one another and to all, our hearts will be established blameless in holiness. Amen.

  12. We have a changeable heart but the Lord can establish our heart. We cannot do it by ourselves but the Lord can do it.

  13. Sometimes I am too confident to think, “I love the Lord! How could I love anything else?” But as we encounter so many things each day, like walking pass the shops, having conversations with customers or colleagues, our hearts get contaminated easily without our realisation! Oh, Lord! Save us from trusting in the current state of our heart in the way we perceive it. Lord, establish our hearts!

Thank You Lord for this wonderful message! I’m looking forward to the coming messages!

  14. “I enjoyed the last paragraph of this portion: “We need to realise and admit that our heart is changeable. therefore, we need to recieve the mercy and grace from that Lord that we may give Him the permission to establish our heart. He is waiting for our permission before He works within us to do the establishing. when our heart has been established, it will become blameless” Lord Set our heart on a fixed foundation, establish and build up our heart.

  15. Hallelujah, the Lord is the unchanging One! May we realize that our hearts are changeable and lose all confidence in ourselves. We also must see that only Christ can establish our hearts. We can’t do this on our own or by ourselves we need the unchanging One. Oh Lord, cause our hearts to be solidly established and built up!

  16. our heart is so changeable – even though we may grow in the human life, our heart still cannot be trusted, it always changes! But God remains the same – He is unchanging One! We need to have our heart established – we need the Lord to establish our heart! We cannot trust our heart, but we can come to Him that He may cause our heart to be solidly established and built up! Lord, establish my heart in faith! May love and faith increase and abound, that I may be blameless unto Your coming…

  17. In a home meeting last night we were fellowshipping about a song by Howard Higashi that begins, “Lord, keep my heart always true to You. Never backsliding. Always viewing you.” Through the fellowship it came out that even though we may feel that we are loving the Lord right now, we are one with the brothers, and one with God’s economy, our heart can change tomorrow. Even brother Howard had the realization that he needed to pray, “Lord, keep my heart”! This really reminded me of this LS message and I appreciated the song practically as a prayer we can offer to the Lord.

  18. How changeable our heart is! I appreciated that we can pray “Lord establish my heart blameless in holiness.” He alone can establish our heart blameless!
